“Our experience with the Stormwater360 StormFilter / EnviroPod system is that it eliminates what can be a difficult exercise in locating an appropriately sized bio-retention bed in areas that are trafficable on commercial / industrial sites. Council guidelines show examples of biofiltration where space is not a premium, usually on relatively flat sites with open drains directly connected to waterways. The unfortunate truth is that for the majority of commercial developments bio-retention is required at the bottom corner of a site, usually within an overland-flow path and connected to an in ground system, in many cases quite shallow with only the Stormwater360 system being an appropriate/workable solution.

The Stormwater360 system has many benefits and if supplied with a maintenance contract will potentially outperform the traditional beds that have no structured/guaranteed maintenance program.”
