As population and industry increases, water is becoming an increasingly precious and finite resource.

Rainwater harvesting captures surface runoff for re-use on your site, reducing your sites impact on the environment while storing water for re-use.  Detention structures are storm water best management practices (BMPs) that provide general flood protection and can also control extreme floods.

The ChamberMAXX and ConStorm are Stormwater Harvesting / Detention systems located as an underground structure designed to manage excess stormwater runoff or reuse stormwater on a site, often in an urban setting.

Underground stormwater detention allows for high volume storage of runoff in a small footprint area and therefore this type of BMP may be selected when there is insufficient space on the site to infiltrate the runoff or build a surface facility such as a detention basin or retention basin and where possible harvest the stormwater for reuse.
